- Follow signs to I-295 New York/New Jersey and/or the Delaware Memorial Bridge
- Take the Route 9 South exit and turn left at the stop sign to the traffic signal
- Go straight through the traffic signal onto Cherry Lane
- Follow Cherry Lane past the War Memorial to Lukens Drive
- Turn right onto Lukens Drive
From Route 9 (Wilmington and Northern Locations):
- Follow Route 9 South to the Delaware Memorial Bridge
- Cross over I-295 on the overpass to the traffic signal
- Turn left at the traffic signal onto Cherry Lane
- Follow Cherry Lane past the War Memorial to Lukens Drive
- Turn right onto Lukens Drive
From Route 9 in (New Castle and Southern Locations):
- Follow Route 9 North toward the Delaware Memorial Bridge
